Beginner Courses

Beginner courses are designed for individuals who have never previously attended Pilates classes or who have had a significant break from Pilates.

Before joining a Beginners Course all participants must attend an introductory session on a one-to-one basis with the class instructor.

This session will include health screening; assessment of posture, spinal and joint mobility and flexibility of musculature; teaching of the core pilates principles; instruction in isolating the core stabilising muscles and pre-class home exercises. Appropriate clothing to allow assessment of posture, the spine and upper and lower limb musculature should be worn.

Introductory sessions are booked by arrangement with Rebecca and can be carried out either  in your home (or there may be the option of the hall in Sunningdale or the clinic in Bracknell if you would prefer it not to be held at your home.
The session lasts for approx 50 mins and costs £40. Before the Introductory session you will need to fill in the Registration/Health Questionnaire form .
