All classes are booked on a pay per course basis. Each course will last for between 5 – 8 weeks and the cost will £54- £72 for the course (each class working out at £9 a class). Payment is for the whole course and is due usually a week or two prior to the first class of the course – a booking & payment date will be advised for each course.
Courses run during term time only. During the Easter & Summer school holidays I continue to run a reduced timetable of classes for those that want to continue. These classes are on a pay for the classes you book basis – payment is in advance of the first holiday class.
If you are unable to attend a class one week then you can make that class up by attending another class in the same week or two classes another week within the same course block, as long as there is availability in the class.
Beginner courses are designed for individuals who have never previously attended Pilates classes or who have had a significant break from Pilates.

Appropriate clothing to allow assessment of posture, the spine and upper and lower limb musculature should be worn.
Introductory sessions are booked by arrangement with Rebecca and can be carried out either in your home (or there may be the option of the hall in Sunningdale or the clinic in Bracknell if you would prefer it not to be held at your home.

Designed for those who have already completed one or two Beginner Courses or who have attended Pilates previously either in a class environment or on a 1-2-1 basis.
